Sharp New
Zealand today announces the launch of its latest A3 colour multifunction
printer, designed to deliver vibrant colour output, robust security, and
intuitive usability for small to medium businesses and workgroups.
Built as a
true smart business partner, the new A3 colour MFP combines print, copy and
scan functionality in a space-saving design, helping organisations add
professional colour impact to everyday documents without compromising
efficiency or security.
With print
speeds of up to 20 pages per minute in colour and black & white, the system
supports paper sizes up to A3, enabling businesses to produce everything from
presentations and reports to marketing collateral and signage in-house. A
7.0-inch colour LCD touchscreen delivers an intuitive user experience, while
the tiltable control panel ensures comfortable operation in any workspace.
Designed for
productivity, the device features a 100-sheet reversing single pass feeder
(RSPF), enabling fast one- or two-sided scanning at speeds of up to 31
originals per minute. Handy copier functions such as ID card copy, margin
shift, edge and centre erase, and dual page copy further streamline everyday
document tasks.
Modern
connectivity is built in. Users can print or scan directly from a USB drive,
connect mobile devices via the Sharpdesk Mobile app, and take advantage of
AirPrint and the Sharp Print Service Plugin (optional). An optional wireless
LAN adaptor supports flexible placement and easy access from laptops, tablets,
and smartphones—ideal for hybrid work environments.
Security is
integrated at every level. The multifunction system includes advanced
protection features such as data encryption and erasure, TLS 1.3 support, and
optional IC card user authentication, helping safeguard sensitive information
both on the device and across the network.
Despite its
powerful capabilities, the printer maintains a compact footprint, making it
well suited to space-constrained offices. Flexible paper handling allows
capacity to scale from a standard 350 sheets up to 1,850 sheets, supporting
evolving business needs.
