The new Sharp BP22C20 is a smart, compact, secure and reliable A3 colour MFP that delivers 20 pages per minute, making it a versatile solution for any workplace.

Its clean, intuitive interface ensures that anyone can operate it with ease, while its robust functionality supports a wide range of essential business tasks—helping to streamline your daily workflow.

Convenient features such as the front-facing USB port allow users to quickly print from or scan to a USB drive. With the optional wireless LAN adapter, the BP22C20 connects seamlessly to WiFi-enabled devices, enabling wireless printing and scanning via AirPrint or the Sharpdesk Mobile app—perfect for smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Whether used as a standalone device or integrated into a wider network of MFPs, the Sharp BP-22C20 is designed to adapt to your needs and enhance productivity across the board.

7-Inch Colour LCD Touchscreen

Operating the BP22C20 is easy and intuitive with the 7.0-inch colour LCD touchscreen. The control panel can also be tilted freely at various angles.

USB Drive Direct Printing/Scanning

Insert a USB drive into the BP22C20 and a command screen will automatically pop up on the LCD. Right away you can print files from, or scan documents directly to the USB drive (Optional BPPK10L is required for direct printing PDF files).

Link with Mobile Devices

Mobile devices installed with the Sharpdesk Mobile app can connect directly to the BP22C20 for printing or downloading scanned data. The MFP can also be equipped with AirPrint and the Sharp Print Service Plugin (Android).

Automatic Document Feeder

The standard RSPF (reversing single pass feeder) efficiently feeds in either one- or two-sided originals—in batches of up to 100 sheets. With a scanning speed of up to 31 opm*1 (one-sided) for both colour and B/W documents, the BP22C20 can complete large jobs with ease and efficiency.

Wireless LAN Connection (Option)

The optional wireless connectivity enables easy access from mobile devices and flexible MFP placement. The BP22C20 also supports Wi-Fi Direct® and Wi-Fi Protected Setup™.

Solid Security

A range of security features help to keep your information safe, whether it’s on the BP22C20 or over your network. These include data encryption/erasure, TLS 1.3 support, and user authentication via IC cards.

This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for the period as stated in the table below.

In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, such repairs should only be carried out by the Dealer from which the unit was originally purchased or a Service Centre approved by Sharp to service this type of equipment These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.

This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.

Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.

This warranty does not cover transportation to and from the Sharp Approved Service Centre. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of user generated data, please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
