Sharp Corporation of New Zealand, a subsidiary of Sharp Japan proudly announces the new generation Multifunction Printer (MFP) series, extending Sharp’s eco-system of smart office solutions to help Kiwi businesses seamlessly adapt to today's hybrid working environment.
Drawing on over 50 years of innovation in document solutions, Sharp has created an advanced new MFP range that offers smart working features to meet the demands of today's changing workplace and the new generation of printer users. As well as offering a stylish modern look, the printers make it easier than ever for users to access expanded cloud services, quickly connect to mobile devices to print and scan files.
With print speeds ranging from 26 to 65 pages per minute, the new range delivers advanced connectivity and security that allows users to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues. Asim Yamasaki, Product Manager for Document Systems says the printers boast smart security features to ensure the protection of the device and business data. "We know that with advancements in information technology come with threats such as computer viruses, information leaks and authorisation. Dealing with these wide-ranging threats is one of the most pressing issues for business today."
The new range highlights Sharp's ongoing commitment to the environment. "With energy-saving mode, motion sensor as well as new technology that efficiently heats toner drum systems, the energy consumption of the printers can be significantly reduced," says Asim. "All of our MFPs are designed to ensure that they meet environmental regulations of multiple countries such as the International Energy Star Program, EPEAT, and Product Stewardship. We are also committed to the recycling of our waste toner cartridges through our ongoing partnership with The Recycling Group and are proud to offer all our customers this service free of charge to all New Zealand customers."
