Today’s digital broadcasts in Full HD (high definition) have a resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 pixels, for 2.07 million pixels in total. 

4K UHD (ultra high definition) has a resolution of 3,840 × 2,160, for 8.29 million pixels—four times higher resolution than Full HD. 

8K UHD is the highest resolution available with 7,680 x 4,320 pixels, for 33.17 million pixels in total.
