The new MX-C311 A4 network colour MFP uses the same smart features and high performance technology that's built into our A3 MFPs, packed into a space-saving design that will fit right next to a filing cabinet. Everything about this MFP has been designed to increase productivity - the fast print speed of up to 31ppm even at 1200 x 1200 dpi, the fast scan speed of up to 33 opm,  the powerful management functions and the remote front panel utility. The large colour touch-screen LCD display with customisable keys and thumbnail previews provides easy navigation in IT-oriented workflow intensive environments.

Sharp’s award-winning line of A3 MFDs has given rise to the MX-C311—full-colour A4 MFD quite unlike conventional A4 models. While still boasting the impressive speed, superb image quality, multi-layered security, and unsurpassed ease of use found in Sharp’s A3 MFDs, this new-concept solution takes A4 MFD performance to a higher plane of excellence. The MX-C311 delivers four-in-one multifunction—copy, network print, network scan, and optional fax—in an eye-pleasing design and space-saving dimensions. The MX-C311, built for IT-centric use, boasts an 8.5-inch touch-screen LCD. Sharp’s MFD series offers super-speedy scanning and the control and convenience of Sharp OSA (Open Systems Architecture) customisation.

Stylish New Design

A new dark-coloured control panel gives the MX-C311 a distinct design advantage and brings polished chic to office settings. What’s more, the entire machine—front, back, and sides—sports a unique textured surface that enhances décor in a way that conventional office equipment can not.

Small Footprint

Despite an extremely small footprint—just 535 mm wide and 438 mm deep—the MX-C311 does not compromise on performance. This powerful space saver can conveniently go to work on or next to a file cabinet, even with the finishing option installed.

Super-Efficient Colour and B/W Output

The tandem printing engine with four in-line drums helps the MX-C311 deliver a fast output of 31 cpm/ppm*1. The first copy comes out in just 8.9 seconds in full colour and 8.0 seconds in B/W. What’s more, its short, straight paper path minimises misfeeds to save you paper and toner costs.

This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for the period as stated in the table below.

In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, such repairs should only be carried out by the Dealer from which the unit was originally purchased or a Service Centre approved by Sharp to service this type of equipment These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.

This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.

Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.

This warranty does not cover transportation to and from the Sharp Approved Service Centre. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of user generated data, please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.

Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
